Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love this foundation because it has a matte finish and a color that's perfect for cool-toned summer skin tones, and I've been using it for probably the last 10 years! I love how natural it is, but if I had to say something, it's a shame that it tends to come off easily on the cheeks when I wear a mask. However, it's a powder foundation that's hypoallergenic, doesn't irritate the skin, and is the best value for money, so if you're interested, I highly recommend you try it.
I'm using the pink ochre. I've been using Chifure's moisture powder foundation and it's been great, so I wanted to try this one, which is a bit higher-grade, and I bought it. It has a subtle pearl in it, which gives a gentle glow to the high points of my cheeks and makes my skin look firmer. It doesn't dry out my skin at all, even at this time of year, so it doesn't get stuck in my pores or build up in my nasolabial folds. I'm currently experimenting with different primers, but I think semi-matte primers work better than glossy ones. The color is a bit yellowish for a pink ochre, so I'd be happy if it came in a more neutral shade.
It gives a natural finish and is easy to use. It's good value for money, so I'd like to use it again.
