Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It spreads easily. It has just the right consistency, so it doesn't smudge and is easy to use. I don't find it drying out my skin. It doesn't put much strain on my skin and feels good to use. It gives a natural coverage, so I'm happy with it as a base. It spreads easily, so it seems like good value for money. If you use one and have no complaints, I'd like to buy it again.
It spreads very easily. So, I was able to cover my entire face with just a small amount. The color is pink-beige, so it's not too white, which I think is just right. It felt a little sticky, so be careful not to apply too much.

I used up the whole bottle. It's pink-beige and a little heavy to spread. It does make your face look quite white. It feels like you've put makeup on. It's neither good nor bad. But I don't think I'll be buying it again. I didn't mind the smell.
I used up the entire sample. I received it along with Ayaka's powder foundation. I mainly used it in conjunction with other foundations. It has a very moist feel, but the foundation adheres well without smudging. A pearl-sized amount was just right. A small amount goes a long way. It's even better if you spread it with a sponge. This primer doesn't have much coverage on its own, but the pink-beige color brightens and washes out light freckles, dullness, and shadows, giving a translucent look. So I'm satisfied with the coverage. It might be good to use powder after this, or if you wear a mask. It doesn't make pores stand out. My skin doesn't feel tired even after cleansing, and it's a very easy-to-use primer. The cost performance was also good, so I'll consider purchasing it if I have the opportunity.
