How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was in a Bloom Box so I tried it. I didn't think a wipe-off cleanser would be able to remove all my makeup, but it did! It also removed the blackheads from my nose and made me feel refreshed.? I'm considering buying the actual product.
It came in a Bloom Box, so I used it. Before taking off my makeup in the bath, I wipe off only my eye makeup with this product. It doesn't sting around the eyes, it comes off well, and it cuts down on the time it takes to remove makeup in the bath, so it's very useful. I'll be buying it again!
I use this to wash my face in the morning. Since it's a pain to create a lather, I just wipe it off and it's done. There's not much difference between this and Biotherma, but for some reason I like this one better. Maybe I like the subtle fragrance?
It has a strong cleansing power. It has a nice smell and leaves you feeling refreshed after use. It stings a lot when it gets in your eyes, so I use a point cleanser around the eyes.
I've never had a hit with wipe-off cleansers, but I thought I'd try a small bottle if I found a good one! It removed my makeup really well, and I felt the most moisturized after using it out of all the wipe-off cleansers I've tried so far. I didn't like the bitter taste in my mouth, so I washed it off with water, but it wasn't necessary. However, I still wanted to wash it off with water, so maybe wipe-off cleansers aren't for me.
