Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It gives a natural look. Applying multiple layers gives you length and depth. It comes off easily with warm water, so it's a great product.
I bought this product because it had 20% points back on Suzykirei and had good reviews. Be careful not to get panda eyes if you don't wipe off the mascara thoroughly with tissue before applying. I was disappointed to find out that film-type mascara really comes off so easily after a while. It's easy to remove even without a dedicated eye makeup remover, but there are plenty of other high-quality products like Dejavu and D-UP available in this price range, so I won't be buying it again.
I bought it because the reviews were good. I think Chanel and Elegance are better for a little more money. It's not bad, but I won't buy it again.
I bought this product after carefully reading the reviews, as it offered 30% back in points. I have very short eyelashes, so thick brushes make it difficult to apply, but this product has a compact curved brush that makes it very easy to apply! It doesn't have much volume or lengthening effect, but it doesn't smudge, comes off easily with warm water, and is very easy to apply.
Ayaka is a real dark horse. This is really good. I'll report back with photos. For now, I'm posting this because the first time I used it, it felt amazing. However, it's a little more expensive than the mascara I usually use. I'll probably buy it again when I get points back.
