How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The store clerk told me that the whitening lotion in the Ayaka series is fragrance-free. It contains the whitening ingredient arbutin, is fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and has a smooth texture and spreads easily. It's a light lotion perfect for spring and summer. It comes in a pump-type formula and comes with refills, making it easy to use. It's also reasonably priced, so I use it on my arms, where I have blemishes.
I bought it because they were offering a point bonus. Chifure products are reliable and offer good value for money. They're smooth and easy to use. I'd like to buy them again.
My mother uses Chifure whitening cosmetics, and I have the impression that Chifure products are affordable but good quality, so I decided to try Ayaka, which is a step up from the rest. As I get older, I'm starting to worry about dullness and age spots. I'm hoping that this will brighten my complexion even a little.
I use it together with the lotion. At first, it feels like it sticks to your skin, but it quickly becomes smooth and doesn't feel sticky. Two pumps leaves my skin feeling very moisturized.
The scent is better than Chifure's. It feels smooth and spreads easily on the skin. The price is very reasonable, so I use a lot.
