Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The refill comes in a small amount so I expect to use it up quickly, but I like how it gently moisturizes so I apply it in layers.
In the past, when I switched lotions, my skin became red and rough, and I had to rush to the dermatologist twice, so I've been hesitant to switch lotions since then. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but I'm trying to stick with simple lotions. In that respect, I feel reassured that Ayaka is a long-selling product.
I bought this because it was 30% off on BEAUTY DAY. It's thick and a little heavy, and sticky. I get acne when I use anything even slightly heavy, like creams or oils, so so far it's fine, but I'm still nervous about using it lol
I bought this as a gift for my grandmother. It's not sticky and moisturizes just enough, so I think it will be good for the coming season.
I bought Chifure because it was so good. I would rather use this than buy a drugstore lotion. It's reasonably priced, moisturizing, and feels like it moisturizes deep into the skin. Chifure moisturizes the surface of the skin, while Ayaka moisturizes deep into the skin, so I think the high price is justified.
