Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't have much color. It's a lip balm, but it tends to dry out.
I thought it would be great if the color changed depending on the pH of my lips, so I got 001. The pink color was stronger than I expected, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "How cute!?" lol It's the perfect color for spring. It's a natural color, but it also brightens up your complexion. The packaging is also cute and uplifting, and I want the other colors too!
It's thinner than other lipsticks, so it's easy to apply and very good. The color is just right and you can easily reapply it while carrying it around.
Lightweight and easy to use
I have a pale complexion, and sometimes my lips have a slight purple tint when I'm not wearing makeup. But this product gave me a beautiful, vibrant color. When I bought the powder and had it touched up at the same time, I didn't buy it because I wanted to see how it would turn out over time. I tend to get peeling with tinted lipsticks, but this didn't, so I bought it on Beauty Day. I like how it feels moisturizing. However, I don't like the taste or scent...I love the color, so I always carry it with me, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a pale complexion or prone to peeling, but if you're concerned about the scent, I recommend trying it in store before purchasing.
