Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin feels great from morning until night. When I wake up in the morning, I can really feel that the product is penetrating my skin.
I bought this product because I was looking for something that could be used on sensitive skin and contained ceramides. I've only just started using it, but it does cause some redness. I'll try using it again when I'm feeling better and see if it causes any redness before deciding whether to buy it again. I haven't experienced any itching after the redness, so I'll keep using it.
I got 20% back on Suzykirei shopping, and the reviews were all positive, so I bought it for the first time. I have very dry skin and want to moisturize thoroughly, but I don't like the sticky feeling of hand pressing. This product seems to have a high oil content, but it melts and blends into the skin quickly, and even when hand pressing, it doesn't feel sticky for long, and I feel a strong moisturizing sensation. It's really good, especially in the wrinkles around the eyes, where it absorbs well even after repeated application, so my skin seems to be happy. I recommend it to anyone with dry skin ^_^
