I was worried about my base makeup smudging into my pores, so I tried this one at the drugstore. The texture is similar to a sebum-blocking primer. It's loose and watery, but when I apply it, it really covers my pores and roughness. I have combination skin, and even at night, my cheeks don't feel dry, and my T-zone doesn't smudge. It fits snugly. Thicker foundations tend to mix with sebum over time and become thick and stubborn, which can be a burden on my skin, so I'm glad I bought this foundation. I layer my base makeup in the following order: Primavista Skin Protect Base (nose only), Visee Tone Up Ski Designer, Airy Stay Liquid, and Chacott Finishing Powder Matte. It gives a pretty matte finish, so I'm happy with it.
