Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it again because it was easy to use and had a large capacity at this price.
The scent is likely to be a matter of personal preference. It reminded me of the Attenir cleanser I used before. If you're okay with Attenir, then it's fine. It feels like a slightly weaker scent than Attenir? I'm satisfied because it removes base makeup well. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing. The texture is oily, so it's light and feels good to use. I think I prefer this to Attenir.

First of all, I love the citrus scent. I'm on my third bottle. It blends well with makeup and is easy to rinse off. It's neither heavy nor light, and I think it has a neutral feel. There are cleansers that remove blackheads as you use them, but I don't think this is the type of cleanser that does that. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind blackheads and is looking for a cost-effective oil.
