What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it on days when I wear light makeup, and it removes makeup well. Best of all, it's cheap, so I can use more than I want! When I wear heavy makeup, I use Shu Uemura, and when I wear makeup for work, I always use this one.
It leaves your skin feeling moisturized after washing and feels great to use! However, it accumulates around the eyes and is difficult to remove, so I probably won't buy it again.
It also removes waterproof mascara thoroughly. It definitely seems to have shortened the time it takes to remove makeup. If it could be improved so that double cleansing is no longer necessary, I would like to buy it again.
It's a cleansing oil, but it has a smooth texture that can be easily removed by simply blending it in, and it doesn't leave any tightness after rinsing, which is great. It's easy to buy at drugstores, and they offer refills, so I recommend it.
I won a giveaway from Suzykirei. I underestimated it because it was so cheap, but it was amazing! It even removed waterproof mascara after I let it soak in a little! I used to use mascara remover, but with this, I don't need it anymore. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing, and even though it's an oil cleanser, it still leaves my skin with the moisture it needs, which is amazing! I've found a great product! I'll definitely buy it again.
