Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this brush because the reviews for the EXCEL brush were good. Until now, I'd only used one shadow brush for my eyelids, double eyelids, and lower eyelids, so I'm glad I bought this one. EXCEL has other brushes, but it's cheap and feels so good on the skin that I'm thinking I'll just have this one in my collection. I highly recommend it!
The bristles are strong and can be used for eye makeup, under-eye bags, and eyebrows, making it a great value.
I was looking for a small brush and had been interested in this one for a while, so I bought it. It was just the right size! I can spread it around my eyelids, or use it upright to apply a darker shade. However, it's so short that it gets lost in the brush holder, which is a shame.
I bought this because the handle is short and I thought it would be easy to carry around. The price is also reasonable. I use it for makeup on my lower eyelids, and the color goes on beautifully. I recommend it for people who want to have a second one.

It has a nice firmness, but is flexible and not at all stinging, so it's very comfortable to use.
