Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this when I'm tired and don't feel like doing cleansing. It's so moisturizing that I don't even need to do skincare afterwards. It's convenient because I can cleanse at home. I also use it when I want to try out new makeup products, such as ones I bought online. I wipe it off with a cotton pad, so there's a bit of friction, but it's very different from the hardness of typical sheet cleansers. I often wonder if it's their own product, because brands that don't offer watery cleansers as a product use them for touch-ups. I don't use it often, but it's a reassuring product to have on hand.
This is my second purchase. It's gentle on the skin, removes makeup well, and leaves it moisturized. It's also good value for money, so I can use it with confidence.
I have sensitive skin, but I've been using this for many years on days when I just want to remove my makeup and go to bed, and it's easy to use and doesn't irritate my skin.
Until recently, I think there were three or four types, but it was hard to choose, so I'm glad there were only two. Compared to the blue, this pink one looks a little cloudy and whitish. Maybe that's the moisturizing ingredients? Both are great at removing makeup.
