Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, but I've been using this for many years on days when I just want to remove my makeup and go to bed, and it's easy to use and doesn't irritate my skin.

I mainly use it to remove eye makeup (if it's light). I use a cleanser or wipes afterwards, so I thought the moist version would be fine. I'm not sure if it will remove all the glitter completely, though.
Until recently, I think there were three or four types, but it was hard to choose, so I'm glad there were only two. Compared to the blue, this pink one looks a little cloudy and whitish. Maybe that's the moisturizing ingredients? Both are great at removing makeup.
