Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love its high moisturizing power and non-sticky nature, and I use it all the time. When I apply it in the morning, it's so moisturizing that I don't even notice dryness until the evening, but it doesn't feel sticky even right after application, and it doesn't have that rough feeling that is common with hand creams with a fresh texture. The scent is the soft rose scent used in the Prestige series. It has a gentle scent like skincare products, so I like that I can use it anywhere. The only drawback is that it's quite expensive for a hand cream, which is a bit of a drawback.
I bought this because my hands were very rough. They are so smooth. I use nail cream around my cuticles, so this double treatment makes my hands look so much better. It also smells nice. I also use it on the soles of my feet, which makes them so smooth.

The gorgeous, light rose scent is amazing! I received this as a gift some time ago, and I was enchanted by the scent and moisturizing power. Also, perhaps by coincidence, my long-standing skin problems disappeared around the same time I started using this hand cream, so I trust it and keep buying it.
It's not outstandingly good, but it does smell good.
