Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this when winter was turning into spring. I used it to moisturize my dry skin. It has a light texture and is not sticky.
I won this as a gift from Suzykirei. It's neither good nor bad! It doesn't irritate my skin at all, but I can't really say if it has any specific effect. I don't get irritated by pollen, so it might be hard to tell.
I use this every year during pollen season. I'm allergic to pollen. It's not like it makes a huge difference, but it does seem to provide a barrier. I reapply it several times a day, but I don't feel like it's very effective, probably because the pollen is already on my face when I go outside. lol It's easy to spray and doesn't sting my skin, which is great!
I received this as a gift. I tried using it during pollen season. It may not have had a dramatic effect, but I want to at least feel protected from pollen.
