Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my absolute favorite hair oil and I've used it many times! I use it on my hair after towel drying. It smells nice, but most importantly, it makes my hair smooth and manageable, so it's an essential hair oil. Honestly, it's amazing how beautiful the finish is, even though it's not that expensive. I've been using it for a long time, and the finish hasn't gotten worse, and it doesn't feel bad for my hair, so I'll continue to use it.
It's no wonder this oil is always popular on Qoo10 sales. The appeal is that macadamia oil penetrates deep into the hair, giving even dry hair a "soft texture." It also comes in a variety of scents, and I personally like the gentle baby powder scent. Even though it's an oil, it leaves your hair smooth and silky, so that it doesn't get caught when you run your fingers through it. It's particularly effective at combating dryness in colored hair, and its good value makes it an item you'll want to keep in stock.
It has a smooth texture and a wonderful scent. I happened to find a scent I was interested in on Qoo10 and bought it, but the scent was stronger than I expected and I fell in love with it. It coats my hair nicely, leaving it shiny. I love using it when I want a change of mood with a new scent or on my days off.
I used vanilla and cherry blossom. Both have nice scents, but they're heavy oils. I found it annoying that I had to wash my face twice with warm water and hand soap to remove the oil (in my case), so I won't be buying them again.
The liquid is a slightly hard gel. It has a strong smell, but I like sweet smells so it didn't bother me too much! It may not be suitable for people who don't like strong smells. The next day after using it, my hair was more manageable than usual and easier to comb through, so I felt the effects were quite noticeable! I'll continue to use it (^^)
