Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Changing your cleanser and facial cleanser will change your skin! I use a variety of facial cleansers, and I place special emphasis on them when it comes to skin care. The texture is slightly thicker than the cleansing oils from Cledo and Shu Uemura. It has the usual sweet honey scent of Abeille Royale, so if you don't like strong scents, be careful, but I like this scent so it's a happy cleanser. After washing, my skin feels moisturized and not dry, and it's in good condition.
Recently, I've been using only cheap cosmetics, and I've been feeling a bit down, so I saw a product with a sweet scent on VERY, and when I got my bonus, I asked my husband for it. I like sweet scents. It has a nice honey scent, and it soothes my tired mind after housework and childcare. I don't know if I'll buy it again.
This oil cleanser is amazing! I bought it on the recommendation of a beauty advisor. It has a nice scent and isn't sticky. It doesn't dry out my skin, and it leaves it smooth! It removes makeup well, and I feel like my pores are cleaner! I wasn't a fan of oil cleansers, but this one was in a class of its own! I'll buy it again!
It was very good, considering how expensive it was. Guerlain seems to suit my skin, so I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's a shame that most of the products have gone up in price, making it difficult to buy again.
I haven't tried the sample yet, but I thought the Guerlain cleansing oil would be good too because the serum was good, so I bought it when suzykirei was offering a 20% discount. It's a rich product with a honey scent that lifts your spirits. It leaves your skin feeling soft and supple after washing. Considering the price, I'll use it once or twice a week to refresh my mind.
