Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample and tried it out. One sample packet contains enough for about three uses, and when I picked it up, it was odorless and had a smooth texture. I think I'll be able to use it without any hesitation. It's smooth to use, and naturally moisturizes my skin. My skin felt good the next day. I feel like my skin is softer.
My skin became soft and supple after using it! It was also easy to use as an introductory serum!
If you use it at night, you can feel the effects the next morning. It has a thick texture that is great for dry skin. I'm glad I found it when I started to worry about aging.
I received a sample. I haven't been using it regularly so I don't know if it's effective, but it felt great to use.
