Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm buying it again. I've used the pink one before, but I personally think this one works better on my skin.
I saw this description at the store and used 250ml. It left no makeup residue and the feel and finish after rinsing were just as described, so I bought 500ml again.
I've been using the pink one for years, but this is the first time I've bought the green one! It seems to be for sensitive and oily skin, and although I have dry skin, it feels dry when I use it, but it's very refreshing! It also removes dirt perfectly. I want to try all the Bioderma water cleansing products, so when I run out, I'll try a different one.
I was using the one with the pink lid, but it felt a bit sticky, so I bought this one. I like the clear blue color and the subtle melon-like scent. I don't use it as a cleanser, but as a wipe-off face wash in the morning, and it's refreshing but not too drying. I have combination skin and my T-zone is sticky, so it's the perfect product for me. I chose the pump type because I want to use it with one hand, and it was a great choice. It's a little more expensive, but if you think of it as the labor costs, it's cheap.
I was looking for something to replace my morning face wash. Most cleansing lotions leave a sticky feeling after use, which I didn't like, but this one is alcohol-free and has a refreshing feel that I really like!
