Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use this with my Panasonic beauty device. It's more affordable than the official Panasonic product, and because it's made by ReFa, a beauty device manufacturer, I feel more secure. I didn't notice any difference compared to the Panasonic gel, so I think I'll buy the ReFa gel again when I run out.
I use it with ReFa BEAUTECH RAISE. It's a necessity, but the stock is not stable, so I get nervous when it's running out. I haven't found a replacement yet, so I'll continue to use it.

I bought this for my ReFa beauty device. I use professional beauty gel when using other beauty devices, but this one seems to dry out a little quicker. However, considering the effectiveness, I will continue to use this for a while. It's a shame that you can't buy it in bulk.
I bought this for the ReFa Derma Heat machine because I ran out of the gel I bought with it. The machine can't be used without it, so it's a must-have. It comes with a generous amount, so I think it's a good value.
