Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it online for half price. I bought it because an overseas model said it was also great for the dryness of airplanes. It's fragrance-free and doesn't dry out my skin. It's a versatile cream that instantly soothes and soothes rough skin. It's definitely worth the purchase.

When I first used it, my skin wasn't in very good condition, but the day after I used it, it improved dramatically, and I was amazed. It's moisturizing without being oily. It feels like my skin is protected by a veil of moisture and oil in perfect balance. It's fragrance-free, so I'm quite bothered by the smell of the ingredients. I sometimes get flaky if I apply it in layers or it doesn't blend well with my primer, so I'm careful about the amount and timing of use.
