How to use
1. 用梳子的一侧，取适量睫毛膏涂抹于干燥的上下睫毛，从根部到尖端。2. 用梳子的长边，将睫毛膏涂抹于上睫毛。3. 用梳子的长边梳理睫毛，使睫毛膏与睫毛根部融合。4. 待睫毛膏与眼妆融合后，用温水冲洗或用您常用的卸妆产品卸除。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using Heroine Make up until now, but I just ran out, so I bought this. Heroine Make comes off easier. This one is cheaper, so if you're looking to keep costs down, I recommend giving it a try! I've only used it a few times so I'll consider whether to buy it again.

I've been using Heroine Make up until now, but I'm thinking of switching to this one because it removes mascara well, is reasonably priced, and is easy to use.
I've been using Heroine Make remover for a long time, but this one seems to be more cost-effective, so I decided to try it out. I use waterproof mascara, and honestly, Heroine Make is probably better at removing it. But this one has a brush that's easier to use. I'm still debating whether to buy it again since it's cheaper.
