为了增强吸收，沐浴后，取适量（按压泵头3次）涂抹于微湿的肌肤上，并均匀涂抹于全身。轻轻按摩七个重点部位（脚踝、膝盖后侧、腹股沟、腹部、腋下、锁骨和耳后）以及容易干燥的部位。用于面部时，取珍珠大小的量，用整个手掌轻轻按压于整个面部。洁面后（或使用润肤露保湿后）涂抹于微湿的肌肤上。使用后，用您常用的润肤露或乳液调理肌肤。*安全使用提示：无需在眼周和唇周涂抹额外层数。24小时内请勿使用超过三次。孕期或经期请勿用于全身。
I use this on my face and décolleté. The grapefruit scent is amazing. A small amount spreads well and leaves my skin moisturized. Since the weather has cooled down over the past week, I've been adding other oils to it. It's more of a gel than an oil.
It's easy to use and not too sticky. However, it doesn't spread well, and I feel like the cost performance is not that great.
I've used the fourth generation before, but since it's been renewed and is cheaper on the Shopping Channel, I bought it again after a long time. It's great!! It's not oily in a good way. A small amount spreads well, so I use it as recommended by the official website, focusing on circulation throughout the body. I use it after a bath when I still have a little moisture left → even if I sweat, this penetrates smoothly, so I feel hydrated from the inside. I don't have to rush my skincare routine afterwards. It also has a lovely, light citrus scent...it has a slightly refreshing feel, so it might not be suitable for winter, but it does seem to brighten my skin, so I'll keep using it until it gets colder!
