Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this cream after Clinique's moisturizing lotion and Moisture Hydro Lotion. Both in the morning and at night. I don't like sticky creams, so I bought this to combat dry skin in the winter. I apply this cream at night, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels softer and not sticky. I recommend this to people who don't like sticky creams.
This is the first time I've bought a Clinique product. It can be used both morning and night. It's easy to use in the rainy season and summer.
I was surprised when I applied it to my acne and it calmed it down! I've been suffering from acne and rashes caused by dryness, and since I started using this, I think my skin is starting to stabilize. I don't like the feeling of creams, but this isn't too sticky. I have very sensitive skin, but it didn't irritate me from the start. I have fragrance and metal allergies, and highly penetrating ingredients don't suit me. I consulted with Suzykireistore, and after a skin texture check, they diagnosed my skin as very dry with almost no sebum production, recommended this product, and I bought it. I was a bit hesitant, wondering if it was okay to apply so much oil to my acne, but it actually calmed it down. I guess oil is necessary for dry acne! I'm so grateful that they introduced it to me!
For some reason, I received a free copy of the product from Clinique. It's non-irritating and moisturizes quite well. It didn't work very well on the dry fine lines on my forehead. Personally, I prefer Curel's cream.
