Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

For me, it's the best because it doesn't come off easily and is easy to apply. It also lasts so long that it lasts for years (lol). There aren't any pink shades, so I hope they release one.
It's really easy to apply. I like to try out a lot of different eyebrow pencils, but I really felt that the color payoff was different from others.
I've been using it for many years. It doesn't come off even when I play in the sea or snow. The color is unique and sophisticated, unlike any other Japanese brand.
Of all the pen-type eyebrow products I've used, this one is the most powder-like, softest, and most pigmented! Even the eyebrows have the same pigmentation as a foreign brand. Even the slightest touch gives a powerful burst of color. This is similar to pencil eyeliner. So, if you try to draw your eyebrows normally, they'll end up looking very dark, so you need to be a little careful with how you use them. I chose the brown shade, but the powder is soft and quite dark. Since I have slightly dyed hair, if I don't draw it thinly, my face will look too bold. I quickly filled in the light areas with this and then blended it with the brush at the back for a nice finish. However, I tend to accidentally end up looking too dark when using this, so I'm hesitant to buy it again. I'm also thinking about trying Dior's thinner shade.
