Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this in place of my morning face wash and have bought it many times. I love how soft and moist the pads are. I've tried other products from the series, such as rice and potato, but I like this carrot and lemongrass pad because it can be torn into three pieces, making it easy to use as a face mask.
It's not sticky, yet it feels incredibly moisturizing. I use it almost every day after a bath or before applying makeup in the morning, and I don't feel any dryness. My skin would crack even in the evening, even after using a moisturizing primer, but using it before makeup has improved that. After wiping my entire face, I split it into two sheets and apply each to the problem areas for about two minutes. I'll buy more when I run out.
I bought these to replace my morning face wash, hoping to be lazy. This is my first pad. I started using them without knowing what kind of pads they were, but I was surprised at how soft and moisturizing they were. I also have the acorn version, but the carrot version seems to moisturize my skin better.
I use it every morning! If I apply a small amount of lotion and emulsion afterwards, the moisturizing effect is increased, which is amazing!
The sheet was thicker than I expected, fluffy, and packed with moisture. It's a popular product that I've been interested in for a long time! It's so moist that I could squeeze it out after using it, and I was able to use it on my whole body, including my neck! I want to use it instead of washing my face, but it doesn't come with a spatula, so I think it would be even better if it did!
