Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The packaging is cute and nice. It's moisturizing but not sticky, so it's good for dry skin too.
I previously purchased this trial set, which is a cosmetic that refines exfoliation and makes pores less noticeable, and seems suitable for sensitive skin. It's a moisturizing type, so it's a bit thick, but it's surprisingly easy to use and moisturizes well. The subtle yuzu scent is also soothing. I'm not sure if it really improves pores, but it does refine and plump up the skin. It's pretty average, and not something I'd call "I have to have this!" haha, but that's what makes it so easy to use, and I find myself reaching for it. I thought it would be especially useful in the summer, so I bought the regular sizes of the lotion and facial cleanser this time. The gel mask is also refreshing, so I think it's great for summer.
I used up the whole bottle in the summer. It's quite watery, but it still moisturizes my skin. The yuzu scent is also soothing. I'm not sure if it has any effect on pores. I don't find it moisturizing enough in the winter, so I think I'll buy it again when summer comes.
I use it in the winter, and even though the air is dry, my skin doesn't feel dry and is in good condition. It's moisturizing but not sticky, so it's just right.
It's moisturizing, reasonably priced, and easy to use.
