How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample, so I used it. The texture was similar to Lancôme's Généfique Ultimate Essence Lotion. However, this one seems to penetrate the skin better. The scent is also very soothing. I used it with Kanebo's Fusioning Solution Cream in Night, and my skin felt great the next day. I've always liked Lancôme, but I think I'll switch to them next time.
It's a shame that the cost performance of this winter lotion isn't that great.

I've always liked watery lotions, but after a skin diagnosis at the store revealed that my skin was dry from the inside out, I decided to try this one on Suzykirei. At first glance, it has a lotion-like texture, but Kanebo's lotion and lotion are both in one bottle, which is convenient. Since using this product, I haven't experienced any dryness and I've found that my skin is truly moisturized from the inside out, so it's perfect for me.
After consulting with another product and other people, I decided on this one. It contains serum and makes my skin feel soft and supple. I want to keep using it, but it's expensive, so I'm hesitant.
