How to use
使用前，请先用睫毛膏瓶口刮掉刷头上多余的睫毛膏，然后再涂抹到睫毛上。不要一次涂抹过多，先刮掉多余的睫毛膏，然后用刷头蘸取适量睫毛膏，根据需要叠加涂抹，打造纤长浓密的完美妆效。调整好睫毛膏用量后，将刷头内侧贴近睫毛根部，向上提拉睫毛，使睫毛膏均匀涂抹。用刷头外侧梳理整根睫毛，并用刷尖修饰下睫毛等细小部位。卸妆时，用温水（38°C以上）即可轻松卸除。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Gentle on eyelashes.
It's a bit pricey, so after I finish one, I try a different mascara that catches my eye, then I go back to this one, and I feel like I keep repeating this cycle. Is there a mascara that gives a prettier, longer-lasting look than this one? I like it because it's easy to remove. Black is too harsh for me, so this brown blends in better and looks more natural.
I have allergies, so when I use mascara, my eyes get itchy and slightly bloodshot, so I tried a lot of different products and finally found this! I was impressed that it doesn't make my eyes feel itchy, is sweat-resistant, and comes off easily with warm water. It's a little lacking in terms of making my eyelashes stand out, though...
It's gentle on the lashes and I highly recommend it.
It's not a frizzy mascara with lots of fibers, but it's elegant and easy to use on a daily basis. It also washes off with warm water, which is great. It comes in a wide range of colors, and I'm excited to try other colors too.
