Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to use Essence Herb Balm Cream easily on the go, so I bought Moisture, which has a similar texture. It's very moisturizing. If you layer Moisture AC in Pink Beige on top of this, it becomes a base for touch-ups.
It feels moisturizing when applied to dry areas.
It seems like a balm that can be used anywhere, but I use it on my lips. It's moisturizing, and for people like me whose lips are too red to wear any lipstick, it's a lifesaver. It evens out vertical wrinkles and reduces the redness, so I can now wear red lipsticks. I'm afraid I'll run out, so I can't use it every day, but I love it so much that I want to keep buying it.
I bought this to use when touching up my makeup. I was considering a different UV type, but I decided on this one because I thought it would be more versatile. When I apply this to areas that are starting to sag, it blends in nicely. Also, when I apply it to dry areas, it helps to make them less dry. It can also be used on the lips, so it's very convenient. I have sensitive skin, so the fact that it's made with natural ingredients makes it safe to use.
I use it on the dry area around my eyes when I touch up my makeup. It's very moisturizing and doesn't smudge my makeup, so it's a lifesaver.
