These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I used it when my skin was sensitive, but it didn't smudge. I keep it on hand as a talisman.
The ingredients are simple and it can be used on sensitive skin, but I'm concerned about the stickiness. Ihada, also from Shiseido, seems better.
I received this from Suzykirei a while ago. Thank you. Neither the lotion nor the emulsion have any particular scent, and as they are for sensitive skin, I can use them on any skin condition without stinging. The lotion may not be strong enough for those with dry skin, but I think it should be fine if you use the emulsion as part of the set. It's neither good nor bad, and easy for anyone to use. I don't currently buy the full size myself, but I think this size would be good for travel.
I received a sample bottle when I previously purchased it from Suzykirei. I was so impressed with how it felt when I used it that I recently bought it again and have been using it again. I like it so much that I ended up buying the full size as well, as it's great for when I want to recommend it to others or when I'm traveling, so I hope they continue selling sample bottles!
