Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.

In the winter, I used to feel my skin get tight after my skincare routine after a bath, so I would always rush to apply cream, but since using this product, I often forget to apply cream. This is the first time I've realized that a lotion can be so moisturizing. I'll definitely be buying it again.
I previously received a full-sized bottle of Prior lotion in a gift campaign on Suzykirei, and I loved the sample of the emulsion that came with it. I couldn't forget its moisturizing power, so I bought it with the dry season approaching. It's more moisturizing than regular creams, and it feels plumper on the skin. This is the first emulsion I've ever used that works so well! The sample was a moisturizing type, but I accidentally bought the extra moisturizing type. I was worried it would be sticky until it arrived, but there wasn't much difference between it and the moisturizing type, so it's perfect for the middle of winter. I use a different cream at night, so I use this for my morning skincare routine when I'm concerned about dryness. I love the feeling of protection it gives me.
The scent is a little strong, but it moisturizes well and leaves my skin feeling plump. I think it's very good value for money.
