Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because it's affordable and has a convenient pump. It's not sticky and has just the right amount of moisturizing for summer. I also like that it can be used as a body cream if it doesn't suit my skin. However, it's not enough for winter, and it has made my skin feel dry inside, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.

I came across this product while looking for a lotion that can be used on combination skin, and it's great because it's moisturizing without being sticky. I also appreciate that it comes in a pump type.
I was looking for a budget-friendly, glycerin-free emulsion, and this was my first purchase. I love Ritz's emulsion, and there are days when I just use lotion followed by lotion, but this one leaves my skin feeling a bit dry when I try to finish with just that. Even when I layer it, my skin feels tight all day, but it doesn't flake or irritate, so it's an excellent product to use. I tried combining it with a thick DEW lotion, and it worked better. It also seems to have a filmy texture that I didn't notice with Ritz. Lightly wiping it off with a tissue after skincare doesn't affect my makeup. I think it's excellent considering the price and size.
