Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to spend money on serums and keep everything else simple, and I was looking for a glycerin-free cream, and I found this. It may not be moisturizing enough, but it's good because it doesn't irritate or irritate the skin. I'm going to try using it for a while.
This cream leaves your skin feeling moisturized without being sticky. I have oily and sensitive skin, so I usually use gel to moisturize, but in the fall and winter I also use cream. I don't like glycerin, so I'm grateful that it moisturizes well and contains anti-aging ingredients.

Used it all up! Purchased on 12/15, and it barely lasted a month when used morning and night. Glycerin doesn't suit me, so the cream would irritate my skin, but that's gone now. No irritation at all. It's too dry to use in winter, not to the point where I can't live with it, but it does feel a bit lacking. I'd like to try using it again in the summer!!!
Glycerin-free, inexpensive, refills available, widely available. I bought it because of these four points. I use it to moisturize at night. It spreads well and is easy to apply. It blends in quickly, so it's easy to wear glasses, which is helpful.
