Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's very comfortable to use. I have curly hair that tends to dry out, so I tried a lot of different products and finally found this. It keeps my hair in place without being sticky. I'm also grateful that it's only 400 yen.
I don't really like strong fragrances, so I'm happy to use a natural, fragrance-free product. I also find it useful for reducing the volume of straight hair and tying it up.
I use the one my mother bought. Maybe because of the dry winter weather, my hair was a little dry, but this has made it moist and soft. However, it doesn't have any scent, which is nice. Unfortunately, it smells cheap. And the container is really hard to get the product out!!! I have to shake it around every time. I hope they improve the container☆
It moisturizes but doesn't feel sticky, so I used it a lot, even though I have really long hair. I spread the cream on my palms and massage it into the damaged ends of my hair. It doesn't interfere with the scent of the shampoo, which is great. It's also pretty effective in preventing static electricity in the winter, so I think it's a good, inexpensive product.
I miss it! I used it over and over again in high school. The only reason was that it was cheap, but no matter how cheap it was, it wasn't so unpleasant to use that I thought, "This is bad!" and I think it was quite good at reducing the volume of straight hair. Now I use wax and don't use creams, but I don't dislike it.
