What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
Ceramides are important for skin, so I buy this every year. I only use this on my body, but it's so moisturizing and well-formulated that it doesn't dry out my skin and doesn't itch at all.
I usually use soap, but last winter I started using this product because my body started to get flaky. My flaky skin has improved and my skin is no longer dry!
I really liked how it had a gentle cleansing power that left my skin moisturized. Some people, such as those with oily skin, may find it sticky. However, it smells really bad (I had to hold my breath when using it on my neck and above), so I wish they would sell an unscented version with the same ingredients.
It has a unique filmy feel, so some people may not like it, and the scent is a bit unique. However, it has a strong moisturizing effect that is unmatched, so I think it will suit people who have dry, rough skin! It's a great ally for autumn and winter.
It's a great product for sensitive skin at a reasonable price. It produces a good amount of foam and is easy to wash off. It can also be used on the face, so I use it to wash my face. I think it will come in handy in the coming season.
