The blue and pink glitter is cute and sparkly, but it didn't suit my lips. It was very drying and bitter.

I bought it without knowing if it had a plumping effect, but it does have a nice tingling sensation. Anyway, when you layer it, the glitter is super cute!! The packaging is great, and just looking at it makes me excited, and I often get compliments from my friends.

It's not sticky and the cute glitter shines beautifully! If you apply too much it will get on your hair, so it looks great if you apply an appropriate amount over your lipstick! It's reasonably priced and easy to use, so I'm happy with it.
