Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The color is super cute, but it's hard and difficult to apply, and it starts to look like a crayon over time. The smell when you apply it and the bitter taste when you accidentally lick your lips are pretty strong... I don't remember exactly what it tasted like when I put a doll's shoe in my mouth as a child, but it somehow reminds me of that (lol). Other Bobbi Brown lipsticks don't have that, so I think it's something unique to this series. If only the taste could be fixed...! The color payoff is so good that I feel like that.
Cocoa. I'm buying it again. Anyway, it's a brown lip that goes well with summer cool undertones, and I love it so much that I'm buying it again. I especially love using it with Tom Ford's brown eyeshadow, and it makes my face look incredibly stylish.
It's easy to apply and I love it! I'll be buying it again! It's more matte but has a little shine, fits nicely, and doesn't come off easily.
I was curious about this product because my favorite comedian was using it, so I bought it. The muted color was just what I expected, so I'm glad I bought it.
I received this as a birthday gift. I was able to choose the color myself, so it was perfect, but the color payoff was a bit off. I later went to the counter and asked, and they said it was categorized as a sheer shade. It seems I was unsatisfied because I chose a color that was too close to my lip color. It didn't dry out my lips, and it felt nice, though...
