Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample. I raved about the shampoo, so I decided to try the pre-shampoo next to complete the series. I usually use a foam-type pre-shampoo for scalp care, so applying the cream to my dry scalp was quite difficult. I diligently applied it while parting my hair. My scalp is quite sensitive, and it did become a little red. I don't apply it to my hair, but perhaps it was the effect of the product that settled on it when I rinsed it out, making it very smooth. I love the scent of Hair Ritual, so the soft scent stayed with me until the next day, lifting my spirits. I haven't yet purchased the full product, but I still have the sample, so I'll experiment with the application method. I'd be thrilled if they released a foam-type pre-shampoo. But, Sisley! It's definitely different from other products, and it gives me an exceptional sense of security.
It was so good that I used two bottles. I used it about every two days. But I just couldn't keep it up. I stopped buying it after two bottles. Maybe I'll continue if I win the lottery.
After trying the sample, I purchased the full product. I apply it to my dry scalp before shampooing, leave it on for about 10 minutes, then rinse and shampoo. After shampooing, my scalp feels refreshed, as if it's been thoroughly cleansed. After blow-drying, my hair feels softer and more voluminous. I use it about once a week, but one bottle seems to last about 20 times. It's gentle and doesn't feel too harsh on the hair, so it doesn't seem to put a strain on it. I think I'll buy it again once I've finished one bottle. I highly recommend it.
