How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried it because my roots tend to get flat easily. After towel drying, I sprayed it on the areas I wanted more volume and used a hair dryer, and it really made my hair surprisingly fluffy. I also liked how it didn't harden and looked natural.
I received the mini size. It hardens a little, but it sets pretty nicely. I found it a little hard to figure out how to get volume. The scent was a little unique, and I didn't really like it.

Use it on damp hair after shampooing but before blow-drying. Lift your hair and spray on the top, back, and both sides, holding the spray about 20 cm away from your hair. It can be used on dry hair as many times as you like throughout the day, so I gave it a try. I sprayed it only on the top of my head, and it gave my hair a bit more body as I dried it, and the roots stood up a bit, making it fluffy.
I received this 10ml mini bottle in a gift voucher as part of a promotional offer when purchasing hair care products at a Sisley store. This spray supposedly adds volume to wet hair by lifting it and spraying it on the roots before drying with a hair dryer. When I tried it, I didn't notice any noticeable change immediately after drying, and the next morning, it didn't add any smoothness or volume; in fact, it made my hair feel stiffer and more prone to flattening. Feeling my head closely, I noticed that it only made the hair about 1cm from the scalp fluffier, but no change was noticed after that, so I felt it wasn't particularly effective. Having learned my lesson from the hair balm, I first checked the instructions before trying it, but I didn't get the results I wanted, which is disappointing. If your hair is naturally thin, it's probably better to prioritize the effects of a hair wash over a spray.
