Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It looks cute and makes me feel good. It's also fluffy and comfortable to use. However, I always end up buying the cost-effective puff as well. It's a product I'd like to use on special occasions.
It instantly brightens your skin. Personally, I would have liked it to have a bit more of a glossy finish. It has a slightly matte finish and is quite white, so I think it's good for people who prefer a light, semi-matte finish. The packaging is cute.
I bought the loose face powder (refill) and also got a puff! It feels good on the skin and has good powder coverage, so it becomes smooth when you pat it on. It feels so good! The PAUL & JOE print on the handle also helps to boost my motivation.
