Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A coworker recommended this to me, and since there were counterfeits being sold on a certain online shopping site, I thought this would be safe and purchased it. Since I started washing my face and body with this soap, my skin condition has improved. I plan to give it as a gift to family members with sensitive skin.
I love the retro packaging! But who is this person? A powdery, mochi-like soap came out of the bag. It says rice bran, and there's a faint smell of the ingredients. My skin feels moisturized while I'm washing. However, it really stings if it gets in my eyes. I'll have to be careful. After washing my face, I looked in the mirror and saw my forehead was shiny! But when I looked more closely...everywhere else was it, it was powdery. Strangely, I didn't feel any dryness or tightness. I could feel the skin-beautifying effects of the rice bran. My skin became moist, smooth, and shiny. The next day, my acne scars had improved. However, I thought the cleansing power was a little strong and irritating. It's 500 yen per bottle, so I'll use it sparingly, little by little. Looking at the back, I saw that it was made in Osaka, even though it's a Sapporo product.
The soft foam cleanses comfortably and leaves skin moisturized.
