How to use
取适量（2-3厘米）洁面乳于掌心，充分揉搓起泡，然后轻轻洗脸，使泡沫覆盖整个面部。最后用清水或温水彻底冲洗干净。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried it at a store when I went to Skytree last year and heard it creates a rich, soft lather that's good for the skin, so I bought it. I was impressed that I could create a creamy, bouncy lather at home. It also has a very effective cleansing effect, with the clay mineral hectorite absorbing clogged pores and dirt, while the botanical oils and proprietary beauty ingredient "KaESS" leave skin feeling moisturized and cleansed. The scent is also subtle, with notes of tangerine, camphor, pelargonium graveolens, and frankincense, giving it a luxurious, pleasant fragrance. My skin felt soft and smooth after use, which is nice. However, considering its effectiveness, the price is a bit high, so I thought the value for money was a bit questionable.
I like the hand cream, so I also bought the face wash. It has a subtle frankincense scent that is not irritating, and a small amount creates a nice lather, so it's very comfortable to use.
It lathers well and leaves a firm lather. My face feels moisturized and smooth after washing. It also has a nice scent, which I really like.
It creates a bouncy foam. It's non-irritating and doesn't sting. It feels like it's thoroughly cleansed. I also like the simple packaging.
