Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The liquid is a little dry, so if you don't comb it afterwards, your hair will end up looking messy. Personally, I found it difficult to apply neatly.
This price and this finish is a great deal. My eyelashes were starting to lose volume, so I initially bought a department store mascara, but it didn't quite suit me, so I cried. I bought this mascara, which had high reviews on Suzykirei. Just one application added volume and length to my lashes, and it was easy to use and didn't clump easily. Also, it's less than half the price of department store mascara, so it's become my favorite. ^^ I haven't used it in the summer yet, so I'm worried about it coming off when I sweat, but from autumn to winter, I can spend the whole day without worrying about it coming off. I think I'll be buying it again.
I've been using this product for over three years. I love how thick and rich it is, and how it really gives volume. I also love that it washes off with warm water.
I like the smooth, clump-free liquid of D-UP's Perfect Extension Mascara, so I bought it hoping for a similar texture, but since it's a volume type, the liquid is heavy and clumps even when combed. It's a matter of personal preference, but I think the length type is easier to use and less likely to clump. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again.
