Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't usually use an eyelash curler, but I felt like my lashes were curled up. They didn't clump easily, but I didn't feel like they were as long as I'd hoped.
I'm not sure which mascara to buy. I tried a lot of different ones and finally bought this one, but after a while it made my eyes look like pandas. The curl of my eyelashes also fades over time. I won't be buying it again.

The product I'd like to introduce today is D-UP's Ultra Fiber Mascara! I've always thought that fiber-based mascaras have become mainstream, so I'd always wanted to try them, but I hadn't found anything that really appealed to me when I tried them out at the drugstore, so I'd given up. That's when I discovered this product, bought it, and it's so useful because it gives you so much freedom in adjusting the length and volume! If you layer it too much, it can sometimes clump, but as someone who prefers a more subdued look, it doesn't bother me too much.
It contains a lot of fibers, so it gives length and volume, but the fibers often fell off and got into my eyes. It didn't smudge, but it did clump easily, so I found it difficult to use. If you like fiber-filled mascaras, this might be a good choice!
