Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was diagnosed with inner dryness at the store and was introduced to Predia's lotion. I received a sample of this product, so I decided to buy the full product. The container is small and I thought I would finish it quickly, but the amount used per use is the size of one pearl, and it spreads well, so I thought it would be enough. So far, the dryness and flaking have been reduced, so I'll continue to use it to combat dryness!
I bought this because I was suffering from dry winter skin. The texture is a little sticky. The cream spreads easily and one pearl-sized amount covers my entire face. My skin used to get a little red and dry, but it has improved. I would be happy if they refilled it or added a little more cream.
I bought this because everything I used was making my skin sting. This is the best cream. It's very moisturizing. Although it's cheap, the volume is small, so I don't think it's particularly cheap. When I apply this to my dry skin, it moisturizes it and I've come to appreciate it. I was thinking of switching to the elixir once things have calmed down, but I still have some left, and Petit Mail is cheaper, so I thought I'd go with Petit Mail.
I tried the sample and liked it so I bought it! It's not sticky and just a small amount leaves my skin moisturized. It has no scent and my skin feels soft and supple the next morning.
