Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I first bought it when I went to an Suzykirei store and used it instead of hand soap when washing my hands. It can be used on the whole body, so I also use it for scalp massages about twice a week. It can also be used on atopic skin, so I recommend it!!
The smell and cleans well
I bought the mini size. I was suffering from dryness and itchiness on my body, but unlike the products I've used before, this one doesn't have a strong cleansing power, so it puts less strain on my skin and has reduced the dryness and itchiness.
It's good for a quick wash, but don't expect it to moisturize your entire hair.
I'm a big fan of the Shell Couleur series. I use the body cream all year round and it has helped calm the dryness on my knees, so I decided to buy the body soap as well. It has almost no scent and lathers gently. I often get skin problems in the summer, like a rash all over my body, and this body soap is safe for sensitive skin, so I'll continue using it and see how it goes.
