Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this for a long time. I use this as my main product when I don't have much hair styling product left. It lathers well and the subtle herbal scent is soothing. Washing my hair twice in a row makes a huge difference in how calm it feels when I dry it. Sometimes I use Shell Couleur for one shampoo and a different brand for the treatment, but it doesn't always work out that way.
I have purchased this product several times. I was concerned about dry hair and an itchy scalp, but using this product has made my hair smooth and reduced the itchy scalp, so I am very satisfied. The herbal scent is also lovely.
It leaves your hair smooth without the need for treatment, saving you time, and because it's a scalp shampoo, it also helps with odor control!
I'm giving it four stars because it's a shampoo I can use. It doesn't have much of a treatment effect, but it's not irritating either. I use it by refilling it into a separate container instead of the dedicated pump.
I've been concerned about gray hair and hair loss, so I tried a sample and liked the feel, so I bought it. It also feels a little refreshing on the scalp. When I use styling products, it doesn't lather well, but even after washing twice, my hair doesn't feel rough or stiff. I'm also happy that I only need one. I'd like to continue using it for a while.
