Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's refreshing when you apply it and has a nice smell. It's supposed to make you look shiny, but I haven't used it outside so I don't know yet.
I bought it at the shopping mall near my station. It was on the shelf with summer cosmetics. You can enjoy it in three different ways: room temperature, refrigerator, and freezer. Personally, I like it when I leave it in the freezer until it's crunchy and then let it melt a little before using it, as it feels quite cool. It smells like pear, and it smells really good! There is also a grapefruit version in a pink package, but I prefer the pear version. It contains fine glitter (?), so it sparkles a little after applying. It's not sticky, and it's actually smooth, but unfortunately it leaves a lot of residue (crumbly). If you apply a lot or massage it in, it will come out. I wish that wasn't the case.
Perfect for this summer! The package says you can freeze it before use, so I froze it to see what it would be like. It's cooler than other cooling products, so I think it's perfect for summer!
I bought this to massage my feet in the summer. It's cool and feels great, and the scent is great too.
